📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries received by phone, email, and client portal • Troubleshoot client concerns, provide timely solutions, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate manager • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, professional communication • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and overall service delivery • Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure issues are resolved effectively • Communicate client feedback to support ongoing process and service improvements • Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications and requests

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong email and telephone etiquette • Professional, client-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom • Experience with Front and ReporterBase is preferred but not required
