📋 Description

• Source, attract, and hire top talent • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and roles • Develop and revise specifications and job descriptions • Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates • Draft job descriptions and interview questions using recruiting tools • Proactively source passive candidates and build pipelines through LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards • Assess candidates through resume reviews, screener questions, screener interviews, and other communications • Source candidates aligned with company core values • Connect qualified candidates with hiring teams in a timely manner • Maintain candidate communication regarding application status • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer • Maintain a presence in the technical and industry community and marketplace • Communicate job request status to senior management during weekly meetings • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Ability to communicate well with candidates and hiring teams • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using advanced recruiting tools and techniques • Ability to document and report back progress • Technical knowledge of Managed IT Services preferred • Experience recruiting for MSP roles preferred • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter • Working knowledge of Paylocity Recruiting • Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field • At least three years of related recruiting experience required • Prior experience in technical roles is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
