📋 Description

• Visit individuals receiving services in their homes • Supervise and support direct care staff • Conduct scheduled client and supervisory visits • Assist with new client admissions and service starts • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training • Help coordinate staffing and address coverage concerns • Monitor client services and follow up on concerns • Review documentation and identify missing or incomplete items • Communicate with clients, families, employees, and management • Assist with scheduling and daily operations • Help ensure staff follow service plans and company expectations • Assist with compliance and quality-assurance activities • Provide direct client support or shift coverage when needed • Report incidents, service concerns, and operational issues to leadership • Assist MaineTouch leadership with additional operational responsibilities as the organization grows

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified PSS, CNA, LPN, or RN professional background encouraged • Experience in home care, healthcare, direct support, or human services • Leadership or supervisory experience, or interest in developing these skills • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license • Ability and willingness to travel to client locations • Strong professionalism and confidentiality • Basic technology and documentation skills • Dependable and flexible approach to supporting clients and employees
