📋 Description

• Lead Makse Group’s Workday HCM practice across implementations, optimizations, and AMS engagements • Maintain accountability for delivery quality, client satisfaction, project performance, and adherence to Makse Group and Workday standards • Oversee the HCM project portfolio and address delivery risks, scope concerns, financial issues, and client escalations • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic and high-risk engagements • Establish delivery standards, governance, and quality controls across the practice • Own resource planning, capacity, utilization, and staffing across HCM engagements • Assign resources based on project needs, consultant experience, certifications, and availability • Partner with Recruiting to anticipate hiring needs based on project demand and sales pipeline • Lead, coach, and develop HCM managers, architects, leads, and consultants • Provide leadership throughout the Workday implementation lifecycle and transition to post-production support • Oversee AMS delivery, including service quality, staffing, client priorities, backlog management, and service-level commitments • Support teams in resolving complex delivery issues, production concerns, and client escalations • Drive continuous improvement, optimization, and increased Workday adoption for clients • Maintain accountability for practice and engagement financial performance, including revenue, margins, budgets, forecasts, and utilization • Ensure staffing, scope, change requests, and delivery decisions support engagement profitability • Build relationships with client executives and senior stakeholders • Support solution development, estimates, proposals, staffing plans, and statements of work • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and Workday services

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of direct Workday HCM consulting experience; experience with other ERP or HCM platforms will not substitute for this requirement • Extensive experience leading full-cycle Workday HCM implementations, optimization projects, and AMS engagements • 6+ years of experience leading Workday consulting teams, including managers, architects, functional leads, and consultants • Current or previous Workday HCM certifications required • Experience working for a Workday Services Partner strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
