📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day organizational oversight for patient services teams and activities • Lead project management for patient service activities, including deliverables, meetings, timelines, status updates, and risk reporting • Serve as the main point of contact for third parties, agencies, and patient material vendors • Track and manage purchase orders and invoices for patient services programs • Manage patient support materials through promotional resource committee workflows, including development, review, submission, approval tracking, communication, and expiry compliance • Partner with IT and system teams to implement patient service materials and roll them out to vendor end users • Lead enterprise-level planning, governance, prioritization, and execution of strategic patient services initiatives • Provide strategic oversight and performance management for external vendors and HUB partners, including KPI and SLA management • Own budget forecasting, accrual management, expense tracking, and financial planning • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews for senior leadership • Lead root cause analyses, risk assessments, and complex issue resolution • Serve as business lead for process optimization, operational excellence, and change management • Act as a subject matter expert in reimbursement, patient access, affordability, and patient support operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in patient services, reimbursement, access, affordability programs, HUB operations, or related pharmaceutical support services • Leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives • Rare disease experience strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities using process mindset and analytics • Strong collaboration skills • Conscientious, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Strong project management skills • Understanding of benefit designs, payer processes, prior authorization, and appeal processes • Expertise in patient services operations, reimbursement support models, affordability programs, specialty pharmacy operations, and HUB services • Mastery in cross-functional leadership, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and program governance • Strong executive presence and ability to influence decisions without direct authority • Willingness to travel and work long and/or irregular work hours as necessary • Master’s degree, MBA, PMP certification, or equivalent advanced professional designation preferred
