📋 Description

• Lead successful delivery of a portfolio of consulting and design engagements across multiple clients • Partner with Principal Consultants to develop delivery strategies aligned with client objectives and consulting recommendations • Oversee projects to ensure they meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations • Monitor portfolio health and identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and improvement opportunities • Serve as the primary escalation point for project delivery issues • Lead, coach, and develop Senior Project Managers and Project Managers • Establish performance expectations and provide coaching, mentorship, professional development, and career development planning • Conduct performance reviews • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning • Oversee project staffing and resource allocation across client engagements • Monitor project financial performance, utilization, forecasting, and delivery metrics • Support capacity planning and resource forecasting • Establish and improve project management standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices • Ensure consistent project governance, risk management, change management, and reporting • Drive continuous improvement using lessons learned, metrics, and client feedback • Collaborate with the Client Deliverables Manager to ensure deliverable quality and consistency • Maintain proactive client communication regarding status, risks, milestones, and decisions • Participate in executive client meetings and issue resolution • Coordinate consultants and technical teams to align recommendations with project execution • Build cross-functional relationships supporting communication, accountability, and operational excellence • Ensure technical accuracy, documentation, and delivery excellence • Lead project retrospectives and lessons-learned initiatives • Support evolution of project management methodologies, templates, and governance processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting • 3+ years leading project teams or supervising project managers preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Extensive familiarity with low voltage and physical security technology, systems, and design concepts • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary client engagements • Familiarity with project financial management, forecasting, and resource planning • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Proficiency in Studio and Bluebeam is a plus • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and QuickBase • Demonstrated excellence communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, verbally and in writing • Demonstrated ability to identify critical path activities, prioritize tasks and deliverables, and realize consistent progress • Demonstrated experience leading a cross-functional team while guiding, developing, and mentoring others • Ability to travel up to 20% • Quiet, designated workspace free from distractions • Access to high-speed internet: minimum 200Mbps download and 10Mbps upload • Not eligible for visa sponsorship • Ability to meet client and/or government security screening requirements • U.S. citizenship required; proof of citizenship required as a condition of employment • Successful completion of a background check upon hire and every two years thereafter
