📋 Description

• Key application data into the system accurately and in a timely manner • Apply business rules to determine required actions and ensure policies are issued in compliance with applicable rules • Make policy changes from change reports • Handle billing changes and other updates as needed • Correspond with other teams professionally and concisely • Complete special projects and assigned tasks • Establish annual objectives for professional growth • Keep pace with developments in the discipline • Learn and apply technologies that support professional and personal growth • Participate in the evaluation process

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED) • At least 1 year of data entry experience • Insurance knowledge is a plus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community • Ability to make procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively • Ability to absorb, retain, and recall information • Dependable and flexible • Computer literate • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong data and records management skills • Ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, typing, mouse use, reaching, talking, hearing, and sitting for extended periods • May require lifting, pulling, or moving items weighing more than 10 pounds
