📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through recruiting • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver performance metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Leverage role design, competencies, skills, and knowledge to market, screen, and present candidates • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for them in career opportunities • Prepare candidates for successful employment by providing information and tools • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional hiring experiences • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills, local labor markets, and workforce management • Educate clients on local market, labor, and workforce-management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience • Full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong client-facing experience • Workday experience • Comfortable conducting meetings via camera/video • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree • Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools is preferred
