📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through recruiting • Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver on metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Use role design and required competencies to market, screen, and present candidates • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for career opportunities • Remove barriers and prepare candidates for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and local labor and workforce-management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience • Full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong client-facing experience • Workday experience • Comfortable conducting meetings via camera/video • Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools is preferred • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is listed as nice to have
