📋 Description

• Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver on metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, and present candidates based on role competencies, skills, and knowledge • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Exceed client expectations and expand influence within the client portfolio • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for career opportunities • Equip candidates with information and tools for successful employment • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills • Educate clients on local labor-market and workforce-management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience • Client-facing experience • Strong proven organizational and time management skills • Ability to provide direction and prioritize workload for support recruiters to ensure recruiting objectives and deadlines are met • High school diploma or equivalent • Must reside in the United States • W2 contract employment
