📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from talent identification and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding • Serve as a strategic talent partner connecting top talent with critical business needs • Recruit across manufacturing, engineering, operations, technical, and corporate functions • Source, engage, and hire high-caliber talent • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands • Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and industry best practices • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on a wide range of positions • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support • Strong background in strategic sourcing and utilizing advanced technical sourcing tools, job boards, social platforms, and networking techniques • Ability to explain and articulate sourcing strategies, methodologies, and hiring approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional team members to understand role requirements, align on talent strategy, and provide consultative market insights • Solid understanding of technical skill sets, job functions, and industry trends • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
