📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently • Proactively source candidates • Publish job advertisements and manage the candidate selection process • Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders • Manage approximately 10–15 open vacancies simultaneously • Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders • Recruit primarily for the Technology area and Polish market • Recruit software engineers, Java developers, Kotlin developers, data engineers, Big Data specialists, AI/Machine Learning specialists, product managers, and Developer Experience-related roles

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT recruitment • Proven experience sourcing and hiring software developers, data engineers, Big Data specialists, and Machine Learning/AI experts • Strong understanding of the IT market and technical terminology • Ability to independently manage recruitment processes without onboarding into technology recruitment fundamentals • Experience handling a high volume of recruitment projects simultaneously • Advanced sourcing skills • Excellent organizational and execution skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLA commitments • Polish required • Good command of English, approximately B2 level • Immediate availability, preferably with no extended vacation plans in August and September
