📋 Description

• Develop, apply, and maintain activities associated with People Analytics, process improvement, and process re-engineering • Execute HR data analytics and process efforts according to the strategy developed by P&P and Intuit • Design and implement tools that present data meaningfully for actionable decision-making • Identify valuable data sources, detect and correct root causes of incorrect data, augment internal data with external sources, AI, and learning algorithms, and consolidate data into an analytics-friendly environment • Create and maintain analytical-operation artifacts, business-requirements roadmaps, technical specifications, Wikis, and current/future-state catalogs • Support and own change-management activities for HR Data Analytics and process efforts • Create and maintain innovative reporting platforms • Convert complex data into visually appealing presentations for audiences at all levels • Assist HR Data Services with human-resources programs, processes, and procedures for project employees in multiple locations • Create process maps and workflow diagrams • Partner across platforms to provide data for informed decision-making • Develop and maintain real-time user dashboards with recruiting managers • Evaluate process trends and organizational effectiveness and recommend optimization • Recommend improvements to data-collection methodologies • Audit and govern recruiting data, train recruiting, sourcing, operations staff, and leadership on data-integrity best practices • Process employee changes and terminations in Workday and other systems, including promotions, demotions, lateral moves, transfers, temporary hires, pay increases, schedules, and leave changes • Enter and update HR data accurately across software systems and correct data-entry errors • Provide reports, evidence, documentation, and data to Litigation, Employment, Legal, and Compliance functions • Maintain employment records and resolve data discrepancies • Cross-audit employee records and prepare reports • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly data audits • Respond to unemployment filings • Analyze service requests before completing Workday and other system transactions • Support continuous process improvement initiatives • Monitor and respond to emails and Slack messages throughout the day • Meet daily metrics and submit daily metrics reports

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for research and data • Advanced quantitative-analysis capabilities across business functions • At least 3 years of advanced Microsoft Suite and Google Suite experience • Ability to create, format, and maintain documents and spreadsheets • Ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets, including formulas, EIBs, pivot tables, charts, and collaboration tools • Risk-minded focus and ability to maintain confidentiality and quality assurance • Advanced knowledge of HR and federal, state, and local employment laws • Solid understanding of employment-based processes • At least 3 years of HR systems and operations experience, such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or iCIMS • Understanding of federal regulations, SOX, and legal compliance • Self-motivated, proactive, helpful, service-oriented, and strong in problem-solving • Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, HR Technology, HR Transformation, and other teams • Experience working with internal and external audit groups • Advanced critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately • Ability to manage complex and sensitive situations confidentially and professionally • Regular and reliable attendance • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Arizona time • Must be based in Tucson or able to adhere to Arizona time-zone hours for the duration of employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future • Must meet set daily metrics and submit daily metrics reports
