📋 Description

• Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Own workload and deliver performance metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates based on role competencies, skills, and knowledge • Remove barriers and equip candidates with information and tools for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Refresh knowledge of in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients • Educate clients on local labor markets and workforce management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting within manufacturing • Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate phone screens • High school diploma or equivalent • Workday experience is nice to have • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have
