📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through recruitment • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver on metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen and present candidates for opportunities • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach and attraction campaigns • Expand influence within the client portfolio and build loyalty • Advocate for candidates and prepare them for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills • Educate clients on local market, labor and workforce management dynamics • Achieve performance targets, profitable growth, and candidate/client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication skills • Organizational skills • Technology skills • Knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills and knowledge • Ability to market, screen and present candidates • Ability to develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines • Ability to screen and assess candidates • Ability to understand local market, labor and workforce management dynamics • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have
