📋 Description

• Own full P&L responsibility for the region, including labor, supplies, and expense management • Drive performance against budget while maximizing impact for patients and clients • Champion operational discipline, quality, safety, and infection control across health centers • Lead adoption of standardized performance-monitoring systems and tools, including online auditing and in-person reviews • Drive patient, client, and teammate satisfaction goals • Address patient and teammate concerns with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement • Ensure collaboration between clinical and operational teammates • Provide compliance leadership related to governmental, accreditation, and other regulations and company policies • Coordinate health-center workflow and prioritize tasks • Hire, develop, lead, train, coach, and manage clinical teammates • Set goals and expectations for direct reports and hold the team accountable • Oversee center staffing and coverage levels • Collaborate with the onboarding team on new-center startups • Complete annual performance reviews for direct reports • Maintain timely, professional communication and positive working relationships • Conduct team meetings, daily huddles, and 1:1 coaching • Drive visit volume, engagement, and participation rates across the region • Participate in education and enrollment activities for acquiring and engaging new patient members • Optimize health-center schedules for practice efficiency and patient satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of leadership experience with proven success in healthcare operations, multisite services, or a comparable industry • Proven leadership experience developing and building teams • Demonstrated full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division • Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams across clinical, operational, and business functions • Passion for patient-centered care and teammate engagement • Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build and sustain executive-level partnerships • Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and business judgment • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, high-accountability environment • Experience in value-based healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or population health management preferred • Candidates must reside in West Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or Tennessee
