📋 Description

• Act as the primary evaluator for March of Dimes programs, interventions, activities, and initiatives • Design and implement evaluation activities across programs and initiatives • Develop evidence-based logic models, evaluation plans, and tools tailored to various contexts • Conduct and analyze mixed-methods data to assess needs, reach, process, and outcomes • Lead data collection, cleaning, and quality assurance efforts • Collaborate with internal teams to align evaluation with program goals and integrate findings • Support internal data tracking systems to monitor outputs and outcomes • Produce actionable reports and presentations using data visualization techniques • Present and publish evaluation findings internally and externally • Provide evaluation training and technical assistance to staff • Share insights and best practices across teams to foster a learning culture • Apply innovative, equity-centered evaluation approaches • Translate evaluation findings into recommendations for program improvement and strategic decisions • Report to the Director of Evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree in Public Health from an accredited program, or related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program evaluation, preferably in public health or nonprofit settings • Experience designing and conducting mixed-methods evaluations • Strong collaboration and communication skills across interdisciplinary teams • Commitment to maternal and infant health equity • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative software, including SAS, Power BI, HyperRESEARCH, SurveyMonkey, and Qualtrics • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and virtual collaboration tools • Experience developing logic models, evaluation plans, and data collection instruments • Strong technical writing and data visualization skills • Familiarity with data equity principles and community-based evaluation • Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build trust and credibility with diverse internal and external stakeholders
