📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison to Yacht Division teams • Create and deliver customer experiences that build customer and team confidence • Acquire complete product knowledge of all Yacht Division models from all perspectives • Provide technical support to customers, technicians, service support, service managers, and sales • Use the MarineMax digital platform for all communication • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and dealers to execute educational initiative rollouts • Collaborate on manufacturer issues and present clear, concise information packets to support resolution or refinement of future boats • Tailor and refine delivery documentation for yacht deliveries • Develop training videos, how-to videos, and educational materials for customers • Support regional boat shows and customer events • Maintain professional and supportive relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and manufacturers • Participate in and lead getaways and Yacht Division customer events • Assist Yacht Support and stores in maintaining Yacht Division FANS Scores of 80% or higher • Support other tasks necessary for team success

🎯 Requirements

• International and domestic travel required • Some weekends and after hours support necessary • Captains license a plus • Role works closely with the entire network of locations, Yacht Support, MarineMax stores, and related Yacht Division business units
