📋 Description

• Own the design and implementation of MI-based Client Centered Communication curriculum across beginner to advanced levels • Facilitate live MI skills training for financial professionals and leaders • Develop scalable CCC coaching using AI-driven transcript coding to enhance and evaluate 1:1 coaching • Provide 1:1 CCC coaching to build advisor proficiency and achieve measurable behavior change • Collaborate with enterprise-wide stakeholders on CCC competency assessment and tracking by business unit • Supervise and grow a dedicated CCC Instructor • Create and uphold CCC scoring rubrics and performance standards with Academy leadership • Analyze advisor CCC performance data to identify coaching needs and shape personalized development plans • Align CCC curriculum milestones with cohort schedules and certification tracks • Foster cross-business-unit relationships to promote a client-centered communication culture • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training delivery for distributed advisor teams • Report to the Mariner Academy Executive Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Experience facilitating live, MI-based skills training for professional or leadership audiences • Experience delivering 1:1 MI coaching or mentoring in a professional development setting • Demonstrated success in building and scaling MI training content for distributed professional audiences • Membership in the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) preferred • MI coding expertise, such as MITI or a comparable framework, preferred • Previous 1:1 MI coaching experience preferred • Supervisory or people-management experience preferred • Experience in a finance-related field preferred • Motivational Interviewing (MI) facilitation and coaching • Curriculum design and instructional development • Coaching and talent development • Data-driven performance evaluation • Technology fluency and adaptability • Cross-functional relationship management • People leadership and supervision • Self-directed program management • Legally authorized to work in the United States
