📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to craft unique solutions for business opportunities • Lead creation of solution deliverables, including pricing and highly customized content • Collaborate with subject matter experts across functional areas to create strategic responses to client RFPs • Conduct client research to ensure a competitive edge • Construct timelines and establish continuous touch points throughout the proposal process • Collect input from multiple sources and create persuasive proposal responses • Lead presale teams for complex and strategic client requests • Integrate multiple functional areas, Maritz business units, and vendors as needed • Integrate industry, technical, and product/service expertise into proposal responses • Expand Experience Design strategies within the pre-sale team • Maintain knowledge of company processes, technology, service offerings, and applicable industry trends or innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required • 7 plus years of experience in related professional field required • Experience in a project management role dealing with services preferred • Strong ability to collaborate with others and strategic leadership skills • Familiarity and understanding of strategy development preferred • Strong understanding of Maritz products, services, operations, and overall approach to business preferred • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to work under tight deadline pressure • Professional written and oral communications skills • Proven ability to present strategic recommendations • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.; sponsorship is not provided
