📋 Description

• Drive new business growth and strengthen relationships across body company, dealer, OEM, equipment provider, and end-customer networks • Serve as the strategic face to the customer • Identify client pain points and translate operational needs into value-added solutions • Deliver best-in-class service to secure long-term partnerships • Manage account pipelines • Execute strategic pricing and growth plans • Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and business unit leadership to ensure accurate, profitable deliverables • Gather market intelligence and Voice of the Customer insights • Represent Fontaine at industry trade shows and events • Shape future business strategies and maintain Fontaine’s industry leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Results-driven sales management experience in vocational/heavy truck, body company, dealer, OEM, equipment provider, or commercial truck customer networks • Ability to identify client pain points and translate operational needs into value-added solutions • Experience managing account pipelines • Experience executing strategic pricing and growth plans • Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and business unit leadership • Ability to gather market intelligence and Voice of the Customer insights • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Ability to complete additional job-related screening processes following a conditional offer, as permitted or required by applicable law
