📋 Description

• Build and improve the company operating system, including planning, reporting, and decision-making rhythms • Drive cross-functional initiatives by clarifying owners, timelines, dependencies, and risks • Support strategic planning by translating company goals into operating plans and tracking progress • Identify bottlenecks and improve processes across GTM, product, infrastructure, finance, and recruiting • Develop analyses, dashboards, models, and decision materials for leadership • Increase visibility into business progress, risks, and intervention needs • Partner with company leaders on special projects and operational priorities • Keep information, decisions, and action items aligned across teams • Use AI tools and lightweight automation to reduce manual work and improve productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business judgment and ability to break ambiguous problems into clear, actionable work • Track record of improving how teams plan, coordinate, and execute • Ability to move between analysis, project management, and communication • Experience partnering with senior executives and key external stakeholders • Strong quantitative skills and comfort building models, tracking metrics, and synthesizing operational data • Excellent written and verbal communication • High attention to detail • Comfort operating with limited structure while creating structure for others • Strong ownership and follow-through • Fluency with AI tools • Typically 5–10+ years of professional experience in business operations, strategic operations, chief of staff, consulting, finance, program management, or a similarly high-responsibility role • Experience at a high-growth technology company, rapidly scaling startup, or similarly demanding environment • Experience working across multiple business functions and influencing outcomes without formal authority • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Experience with founders or senior executives, cloud infrastructure, AI, developer tools, dashboards, reporting systems, internal tools, consulting, banking, investing, or financial services are bonus qualifications • MBA from a competitive program is a bonus qualification
