📋 Description

• Provide project-related management for small to mid-scale construction projects across various markets • Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle using H&M’s Project Management Methodology • Serve as the single point of contact for projects and ensure compliance with project management, safety, and quality protocols • Plan, monitor, and report project status and performance data to management and stakeholders • Anticipate project implications and make proactive decisions to ensure productivity and completion • Manage risks, develop and implement mitigation plans, and communicate risks for self-performed and subcontracted work • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and approaches • Mentor others and/or provide project management expertise or lead internal processes across project delivery functions • Ensure team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships support high performance and company strategy • Manage additional resources assigned to initiatives or projects

🎯 Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong computer literacy • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task • Self-starter able to organize and prioritize work • Demonstrated business acumen, customer focus, and drive for results • Experience managing small and large projects within the construction and/or utility industries • Experience managing design teams in a design-build role • Engineering expertise is a plus • PMP Certification is a plus • Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite • BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or PMP Certification • 3–5 years of construction industry experience; Power Delivery industry preferred
