📋 Description

• Conduct renewal reviews, advise on insurance coverages, answer questions, and re-shop when requested • Build rapport with clients over phone, email, and text • Set and complete tasks with organized notes while following consistent processes • Run the sales process with organized notes and follow-up tasks • Provide quality-focused sales following call quality processes • Clearly articulate Matic’s value proposition to clients • Achieve sales targets for calls, cross-sales, and retention • Sell additional insurance products and provide rewritten policies when applicable • Process endorsements and guide policyholders on claims-related items • Report to the Manager of Retention

🎯 Requirements

• Must have active Personal Lines License in your resident state (Property and Casualty License Preferred) • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future • Position does not offer sponsorship • Must be a self-starter with the desire to learn and grow • Must not be adverse to a sales-driven mentality • Excellent communication skills
