• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • 7+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or related consultative sales environments • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments • Experience selling software or technology solutions to executive-level healthcare buyers • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, long-term care, post-acute care, or related healthcare markets preferred • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and business units • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with formal sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC, Strategic Selling, or similar frameworks preferred
