• Supervise and support a team responsible for CMHW referral management, family engagement, and assessment activities • Ensure adequate staff coverage and workload distribution • Monitor quality, productivity, timeliness, and compliance with contract requirements and SLAs • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to staff • Serve as a subject matter expert for CMHW program requirements, children's behavioral health services, and family-centered care • Support operational improvement initiatives and process standardization • Collaborate with state partners, internal leadership, quality, training, and operational teams • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings as needed • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies with contract management and shared services • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or relevant experience in lieu of degree • Minimum of two years of related experience • Must reside in Indiana • Minimum two years of supervisory, leadership, clinical, behavioral health, social services, care coordination, or related experience • Minimum two years of experience working with children, youth, adolescents, or families in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, child welfare, education, or a related field • Experience coaching staff and managing performance in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: experience supporting pediatric, child behavioral health, youth services, child welfare, or family-centered programs • Preferred: experience with Medicaid waiver programs, care coordination, eligibility programs, or community-based behavioral health services • Preferred: knowledge of Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments • Preferred: experience with quality management, process improvement, and contract compliance • Reliable high-speed internet service • Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds • Private and secure workspace
