⢠Supervise, lead, direct, and review hourly clinical staff ⢠Ensure adequate staff coverage for the assigned program area ⢠Serve as a subject matter expert in program knowledge and child/adolescent behavioral health assessment practices ⢠Ensure the team meets contract requirements, individual SLAs, and related requirements ⢠Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiencies with contract management and shared services ⢠Monitor team activities and adherence to policies, procedures, and workflows ⢠Communicate policies, practices, and procedures and support implementation ⢠Provide guidance, direction, coaching, consultation, and performance feedback to staff ⢠Attend client and stakeholder meetings as needed ⢠Monitor quality, productivity, timeliness, and compliance with contract requirements ⢠Conduct clinical reviews and provide feedback to ensure assessment quality and consistency ⢠Support operational improvement initiatives and process standardization ⢠Collaborate with state partners, internal leadership, quality, training, and operational teams ⢠Support corrective action planning, quality initiatives, and staff development activities
⢠Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another behavioral health-related discipline ⢠Active independent clinical licensure as a LICSW, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or comparable independently practicing behavioral health clinician ⢠Must successfully obtain and maintain required New Hampshire licensure, credentialing, and program approvals ⢠Minimum two (2) years of supervisory, leadership, clinical, behavioral health, or related experience ⢠Minimum two (2) years of experience working directly with children, adolescents, youth, and/or families ⢠Experience utilizing, reviewing, or supervising CANS assessments or comparable behavioral health assessment tools ⢠Experience coaching staff and managing performance ⢠Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment ⢠Reliable high-speed internet service ⢠Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity ⢠Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds ⢠Private and secure workspace
