📋 Description

• Optimize technology platforms and processes supporting business operations • Partner with leaders and functional teams to identify technology needs and resolve system issues • Support property management software, including Yardi • Translate operational requirements into effective solutions • Provide day-to-day application support for business applications • Analyze business and system requirements • Identify process improvements and coordinate enhancements • Manage or oversee technology and project initiatives • Analyze break/fix trends to improve inefficiencies • Create scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards for employee and system performance • Make training recommendations based on trends • Document all processes employed • Facilitate prioritization of initiatives • Communicate with Yardi users and perform time-sensitive remote repairs/fixes • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by IT Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Development, or related field • 3+ years of experience in IT support, business administration, or related activities • 2+ years of Yardi experience required • CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required • Ability to work from home with minimal distractions from outside sources
