• Define and lead the long-term business strategy for automotive data and connectivity across all platforms • Identify and develop new business models and revenue streams using vehicle data, data services, and connectivity solutions • Monitor regulatory, privacy, and industry trends related to vehicle data and telematics • Establish data governance, privacy compliance, and quality assurance best practices with Information Security • Partner with Data Intelligence, IT, Product Planning, R&D, and Aftersales to transform data into actionable insights, products, and tools • Oversee design, development, and deployment of connected vehicle services including over-the-air updates, remote diagnostics, software-defined features, and infotainment • Drive integration of software and connectivity capabilities into vehicle platforms • Lead partnerships with technology providers, telecom operators, and data platforms • Define KPIs and success metrics for adoption, performance, and profitability of connected services • Ensure cybersecurity, safety, and data privacy standards across connected vehicle systems • Develop strategic partnerships and lead commercial negotiations and contractual agreements • Influence product and technology roadmaps based on market dynamics and customer needs • Build and lead a cross-functional product management team • Set priorities, allocate resources, manage performance, budget, reporting, and staff development • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies and standards
• 10+ years of relevant experience • 5+ years managing a team, with a track record of mentoring, leading, and retaining a highly productive team • 7+ years of experience with an automotive OEM in a corporate, regional, or field role, with understanding of OEM/dealership relationships (preferred) • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management • Equivalent mix of education, training, and/or work experience may be considered in place of a degree • Ability to build relationships, influence, and partner with cross-functional teams • Ability to guide individuals, departments, or groups toward task accomplishment • Adherence to MNAO policies, procedures, leadership competencies, and Pride Point behaviors • Strong analytical and financial skills, including developing and evaluating revenue models • Strong interpersonal, written, oral, and presentation skills • Ability to select, train, develop, supervise, motivate, and evaluate staff • Strong organizational and task-prioritization skills • Ability to plan personnel assignments and allocate resources • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook • Ability to learn and effectively use other company software applications • Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including seated work, communication, hearing, repetitive motions, coordination, and observing
