• Support Marketing’s integration with Retail Operations, Field Operations, and the Dealer Network through written communications, presentations, and program/project analysis • Support the Retail Marketing Platform and the growth and performance of mid-funnel and lower-funnel marketing efforts • Evaluate retail marketing program functionality and performance and recommend enhancements • Develop training materials for regional and field team execution of marketing programs • Support Demand Generation efforts, including offers, creative assets, market execution, and performance reporting • Support Demand Capture efforts, including incentives, carline launch requirements, provider collaboration, and performance reporting • Develop communications for program changes, improvements, and performance insights • Monitor shopping-journey KPIs and provide recommendations to management • Compile and deliver weekly and monthly shopping-journey reporting to operational and executive teams • Collaborate with Marketing and Data Science teams on reporting analytics • Gather and organize content for regional marketing teams’ planning • Coordinate and publish Dealer notifications, video communications, and newsletters • Assist with content development for National Dealer Advisory Council meetings • Provide support for assets, sales events, Mazda’s Co-op & Advertising Program, and the Retail Marketing Dealer Platform • Work cross-functionally with the Digital Engagement team on the shopping journey, website properties, user experience, and creative asset production
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience, required • 2+ years of automotive or marketing-related experience • Knowledge of the current automotive landscape, trends, and innovations • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Presentation-building skills and ability to collaborate • Strong command of Office 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams • Ability to organize, reorganize, and suggest project-execution improvements to maximize efficiency • May be required to travel 1–4 times per year • Must reside in one of the supported states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin
