📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all regional customer marketing activity, partnering with Field Marketing, Sales leadership, and Customer Success Managers to surface opportunities and prioritize programs • Localize and deliver central Customer Marketing programs in-region, including in-person User Groups, customer stories, speaker requests, and Regional Advisory Boards • Build and maintain a regional pipeline of reference-able customers and advocates in partnership with Sales and Customer Success • Identify, recruit, and prepare regional customer speakers for ENGAGE, regional summits, and third-party events • Support Customer Lifecycle & Retention programs, including onboarding, feature adoption, renewal touch points, and reactivation • Tie regional events and programs to commercial outcomes such as expansion pipeline, executive champion activation, and reference creation • Report on pipeline influenced, references created, and advocate participation • Collaborate with Community, ABM, and Customer Advocacy teams to reinforce a consistent customer narrative

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a closely related discipline • Proven track record running in-region customer programs such as user groups, advisory boards, customer story production, or executive engagement, with measurable commercial impact • Ability to drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance while balancing multiple programs • Strong cross-functional operating skills and experience working with Sales leaders, CSMs, and senior stakeholders in a matrix global team • Excellent storytelling instincts, including identifying customer narratives, coaching customers, and adapting stories for sales decks, keynotes, analysts, or press • Data literacy, including defining KPIs, using Salesforce and marketing automation tools, and reporting on pipeline influence, reference utilization, and program ROI • Experience alongside ABM, Community, or Lifecycle Marketing functions is a plus • Willingness to travel in-region for customer events, summits, and RABs, typically 20–30%
