📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program from discovery through transition to support • Drive program governance through stage gates, RAID management, dependency tracking, decision logs, and executive reporting • Oversee the integrated master schedule, critical path, milestone attainment, and phase-entry and phase-exit criteria • Govern program-level scope, change control, and requirements traceability • Direct Systems Integrator and vendor performance, deliverable quality, milestone acceptance, SOW alignment, and contractual accountability • Ensure testing, data migration, integration, and cutover activities achieve go-live readiness • Strengthen executive and steering committee alignment through dashboards, readiness scorecards, health reporting, and risk-based escalation • Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance, and compliance • Develop organizational readiness, hypercare governance, and transition-to-support planning • Identify and advance AI, automation, analytics, and process modernization opportunities within the Oracle ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience • Minimum 7 years leading large ERP implementations or enterprise transformation programs • Experience with Oracle Fusion and at least 3 full implementations • Experience leading ERP programs through governance, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and transition to support • Experience managing Systems Integrators, vendor performance, SOW alignment, and executive stakeholders • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP implementation lifecycles and PMO governance models • Strong capabilities in RAID management, change control, stage gates, testing governance, data migration, and cutover readiness • Ability to lead matrixed teams, communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate executive decision-making • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational readiness skills • Ability to travel domestically as needed • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) due to federal contract requirements • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience across Financials, PPM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, integrations, reporting, and security design preferred • Experience in professional services, engineering, or construction environments and with AI-enabled business transformation and advanced analytics preferred
