📋 Description

• Participate in the MCA sales cycle by preparing sales presentations, calculating client change management needs, and writing statements of work • Facilitate and lead consultative services for clients regarding enterprise transformation readiness • Assess and document client culture, awareness, and adoption of manufacturing and operational excellence best practices and supporting technologies • Design and lead executive sessions to define cross-functional strategic plans • Lead team sessions to define current and future-state processes and value streams • Develop quantitative models of current business performance and future-state designs • Present engagement ROI and value creation to senior executives • Prepare strategy and high-level project plans for migration from current state to proposed design • Identify and resolve project issues involving change management, process implementation, data flow, application implementation, escalation and resolution • Develop and present deliverables to senior executives and organizational stakeholders • Facilitate development of KPI success measurements • Build frameworks for managing organizational change • Define the end state and success criteria • Create operational excellence training materials and programs to train and mentor MCA Connect team members • Transform client competitiveness, create economic value, drive revenue growth, increase productivity, and implement substantive change • Utilize continuous improvement, Lean and Six Sigma tools to analyze client strategies, assets, processes, and technologies • Sell the value of Operational Excellence to internal and external customers • Identify process improvement and technology-leverage opportunities and develop strategic transformation roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Executive leadership skills to manage and develop change management staff • Excellent presentation and sales skills with ability to influence all levels of organizational structure • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Minimum of 15 years of experience with an understanding of enterprise solutions • Experience with strategic business transformation or manufacturing with a minimum of 8 years in two specified areas • Industry experience in lean manufacturing • Strategic business transformation experience utilizing Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma tools • Implementation of industry best practices to support business transformation • Experience implementing continuous improvement tools and concepts • ERP general consulting or production experience for a minimum of 10 years • ERP Master Planning consulting or production experience for a minimum of 5 years • ERP lean manufacturing consulting or production experience for a minimum of 5 years • Design of unique solutions for high mix manufacturing challenges • Integration of MRP into scheduling solutions across supply chain • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid skills with project management approaches, tools and project lifecycle phases • Software implementation project experience • Ability to travel up to 80% • Experience with lean manufacturing ERP solutions, Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement tools or Six Sigma tools strongly preferred • Minimum ten years in managing and developing direct reports
