📋 Description

• Manage complex federal subaward agreements supporting healthcare organizations across Maine • Draft grant/subaward agreements • Manage contract execution • Monitor and approve deliverables • Review and approve amendments • Coordinate renewals • Track milestones • Resolve contractual issues • Maintain documentation • Ensure regulatory compliance • Coordinate contract closeout • Manage the full lifecycle of subaward agreements with participating healthcare organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of contract management experience • Federal grants experience • Knowledge of procurement regulations • Legally authorized to work in the country in which the position is posted • Must adhere to standards and principles concerning sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual harassment, abuse of authority, discrimination, and child safeguarding • Will undergo rigorous reference and background checks
