• Serve as technical lead for Task 3 (SharePoint Enhancements) • Provide SharePoint expertise for Task 4 (Training Development Tools) • Remediate all defects on the government-furnished known-issues list within 60 days of contract award • Establish and own a repeatable defect intake, triage, fix, and verification process • Close newly reported issues within 30 days of identification and keep the COR informed of status • Build dashboards enabling drill-down from national portfolio to VISN, project, and station without Excel exports • Rebuild individual project pages with IPT membership lists, IOTA and CFM Planner data fields, and phased-delivery indicators • Create smart links so data entered once populates all applicable locations • Implement column-header tooltips, VISN-level mouse-over project summaries, and automated site backups • Write the administrator technical manual and support field-user manuals • Refresh technical and field-user manuals every 90 days as the site changes • Work within VA's Microsoft Government cloud environment and comply with security, configuration, and change-control requirements • Coordinate with program, project, and financial staff to reconcile site reporting with funding figures for the Budget Call and activation funding estimates
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience considered in lieu of a degree • 5+ years administering and developing SharePoint, including at least 3 years on SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 • Ability to diagnose and fix calculated column and formula errors, list and library performance issues at scale, permissions inheritance problems, and broken page layouts • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PnP PowerShell, or Microsoft Graph / REST API development • Working proficiency with Power BI or an equivalent reporting tool, Power Automate, and Power Apps • Ability to write technical documentation for non-technical government administrators • Able to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust background investigation • U.S. citizenship • References and/or work samples may be requested • Position subject to client review and approval
