📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of multispecialty account managers • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends • Work closely with customers to understand their needs • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations • Stay current with industry trends and changes in healthcare landscape • Participate in business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience • 4+ years of management experience • 7+ years of experience in account management or sales in the healthcare industry • Proven track record of driving revenue growth while effectively leading, motivating, and developing high‑performing teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards • Experience in healthcare including distribution services, technology, and/or group purchasing organization required • Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted
