📋 Description

• Provide iHydrant™ and water distribution sales assistance, deployment assistance, and product training • Assist with product demonstrations for customers • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and webinars • Proactively monitor and address field issues • Identify and participate in iHydrant™ sales opportunities • Manage regional project deployment for utility customers on the iHydrant™ system • Work with the Sales team to influence hydrant specifications around the iHydrant™ product • Work with engineering companies and utility engineers to help define hydrant specifications • Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up • Use the escalation process to resolve customer service issues • Escalate issues to cross-functional teams to address implementation issues early • Serve as the subject matter expert on new product functionality and support client onboarding and feature training • Understand client business needs, communicate project status and expectations, and develop customer relationships • Communicate feature requests to Product Management to improve the product • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Travel estimates of 75% required • Position is remote • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required • Demonstrated mechanical ability • Previous hydrant experience is a plus • Ability to lift and carry a toolbox weighing up to 50 lbs. • Exempt position • Full-time employment
