📋 Description

• Develop and deliver training and optimization programs involving complex or critical business processes and systems • Engage and collaborate with MDaudit clients to drive adoption and usage across the services suite • Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Management to create exceptional user experiences and success • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the product, value proposition, industry, and best practices • Develop client-facing and internal training collateral • Design and coordinate product-related trainings, including new features and simulation activities in a demo environment • Implement training programs for all levels of staff within client organizations • Conduct needs assessments and formulate project plans • Analyze and identify methodologies to improve training offerings and materials • Maintain, edit, and customize lesson plans, user guides, instructor guides, and self-paced learning materials • Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, equipment, and attendance • Evaluate program effectiveness through class evaluations and analytics • Use technology to deliver high-quality, interactive training programs • Lead content development for the annual User Group Conference and Training Academy • Design and deliver service topics/frameworks aligned with organizational goals at a regular cadence • Provide onsite training with the Implementation team • Travel onsite for customer trainings • Manage a client book of business independently • Design and deliver classrooms, workshops, and optimizations based on organizational needs • Maintain the LEARN LMS platform • Train new staff members

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience • 4 years of experience in a training position • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including training, writing objectives, curriculum and lesson planning/design, implementation, and evaluation • 2 years demonstrated project management experience • 4 years of experience working within the healthcare industry • Experience overseeing information systems-based projects • Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite • Approximately 30–40% travel, depending on business needs
