📋 Description

• Take warm inbound calls and guide families through their options using a consultative, empathy-first approach • Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and build trust with families • Follow up via phone, text, and email • Bring calm and clarity to urgent decisions following a loss • Own the pipeline and results, track performance, identify issues, and improve processes • Learn through structured coaching, call reviews, and ongoing training • Use HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, and Slack • Help shape sales processes in an early-stage company

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of B2C phone-sales success • Natural, warm, and clear telephone manner • Ability to quickly put people at ease • Consistent, disciplined follow-up and pipeline ownership • Motivation to help families navigate difficult situations • Coachable and self-directed • Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment • Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus • Experience in insurance, healthcare, financial services, or another high-trust context is a bonus • Startup or technology experience is a bonus • Ability to work Monday-Friday during Pacific business hours • Experience with HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, and Slack
