📋 Description
• Architect and build a new platform for Adheris using agentic AI • Own the software and cloud layers of the new platform • Provide technical oversight of the existing core engineering team • Balance building the new platform, initially expected to occupy roughly 70% of the role, with oversight of existing engineering functions • Leverage resources between the platform initiative and core engineering as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Proven record as a hands-on technical leader who still architects and writes production code • Practical fluency in agentic AI development tooling • Deep expertise architecting and running production workloads at scale on a major public cloud • GCP expertise strongly preferred; deep AWS or Azure architecture experience with demonstrated ability to transfer it quickly encouraged • Experience within healthcare, healthcare technology, pharmacy, or other regulated environments strongly preferred • Experience with HIPAA regulations and PHI management strongly preferred
