📋 Description

• Support MedCerts’ Salesforce and learning management system (LMS) teams • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from identifying business needs through post-release support • Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, developers, administrators, and QA • Facilitate requirements discussions and support prioritization across stakeholder groups • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria • Coordinate changes across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems • Review test cases and coordinate and perform user acceptance testing • Triage and reproduce defects and help determine remediation priorities • Serve as an escalation point for production issues • Conduct software demonstrations and write release notes • Maintain documentation and validate delivered solutions • Proactively recommend technology and process improvements that improve efficiency, workflows, and the student experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability • Ability to explain complex business or technical problems clearly • Curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker • Agile methodology • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, computer science, information technology, or similar discipline • Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Billing experience is preferred • Totara/Moodle experience is preferred • Availability to work normal business hours, 8:30am–5:00pm
