📋 Description

• Manage a book of business for existing accounts • Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies • Support and work with dedicated service managers and specialists for assigned accounts • Manage pricing and service-related activities • Perform cross-referencing activities • Create and run monthly/quarterly reports as needed • Respond to escalated issues and seek additional support from management as needed • Service and manage relationships with existing accounts

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook • No certification or licensure required • No work experience required • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree • Preferred: At least 1 year of account management or sales experience • Preferred: Background in commissioned, tangible product sales • Preferred: Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business • Preferred: Ability to present multiple product lines
