📋 Description

• Work from home while visiting people injured in automobile and on-the-job accidents • Travel to claimants' physician appointments or homes in the Northern New Jersey area and surrounding counties • Coordinate injured claimants' care with health care providers and insurance carriers • Apply medical management knowledge to workers’ compensation, automobile, and health insurance claims • Provide customer and personal services, including assessing customer needs, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction • Use logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems • Operate a motor vehicle for required field travel

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of nursing experience • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • Unencumbered New Jersey driver’s license • Case Management experience a plus • ER/Rehab/Home Health nursing a plus • Knowledge of medical management related to workers’ compensation, auto, and health claims • Knowledge of the hospital setting and hospital administration • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Detail-oriented • Ability to operate a motor vehicle • Bilingual a plus • Travel required in surrounding counties
