📋 Description

• Visit people injured in automobile and on-the-job accidents at physicians’ appointments or homes • Coordinate injured claimants’ care with healthcare providers and insurance carriers • Manage medical aspects of workers’ compensation, automobile, and health insurance claims • Travel throughout surrounding counties in the Northern New Jersey area • Provide customer needs assessment and evaluate customer satisfaction • Meet quality standards for services • Work Monday through Friday during business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • Associates Degree or BSN preferred • 2–3 years of nursing experience • Knowledge of medical management related to workers’ compensation, automobile, and health claims • Knowledge of hospital settings and administration • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Detail-oriented • Ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions and approaches • Ability to operate a motor vehicle • Unencumbered New Jersey driver’s license • Travel required in surrounding counties • Bilingual skills are a plus • Case Management experience is a plus • ER/Rehab/Home Health nursing experience is a plus • Must understand the structure and content of the English language
