📋 Description

• Provide proactive client service throughout the project lifecycle • Manage the successful delivery of global healthcare market research projects • Provide consultative support throughout projects • Manage project timelines, budgets, and key project metrics • Develop solutions that ensure exceptional client satisfaction • Work closely with account managers to deepen client relationships, understand client needs, and strengthen client trust • Provide daily, thoughtful client updates highlighting industry knowledge and expertise • Own project success as projects field • Onboard vendors as needed to meet agreed-upon deadlines and sample sizes/quotas • Develop and execute sample strategies • Track profitability metrics internally • Work closely with account management and programming teams to deliver customer projects and proactively address challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare market research • 2+ years of experience in project management or client services roles with proven track record of successfully delivering outstanding work • Understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations • Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills • Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail • Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills • Ability to build positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization • Early-adopter mindset: helping to develop new tools, experimenting with AI capabilities, and finding better ways to work • Financial acumen: comfortable reading project financials, monitoring spend against budget, and making cost-conscious decisions • Ability to manage challenges and address them head-on • Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them
