📋 Description

• Provide proactive client service and manage the successful delivery of global healthcare market research projects • Provide consultative support throughout the project lifecycle • Manage key project metrics, including timelines and budget • Develop solutions that ensure exceptional client satisfaction • Work closely with account managers to deepen client relationships, understand client needs, and strengthen client trust • Provide daily, thoughtful client updates highlighting industry knowledge and expertise • Own project success during fielding and onboard vendors as needed to meet deadlines and sample sizes/quotas • Develop and execute sample strategies that deliver on time • Track profitability metrics internally to ensure overall project success • Collaborate with account management and programming teams to deliver customer projects and proactively address challenges • Make decisions that benefit clients and the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare market research • 3+ years of experience in project management or client services roles with proven track record of successfully delivering outstanding work • Strong understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations • Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills • Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail • Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills • Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data as it relates to project delivery and performance • Ability to build positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization • Early-adopter mindset: helping to develop new tools, experimenting with AI capabilities, and finding better ways to work • Financial acumen: comfortable reading project financials, monitoring spend against budget, and making cost-conscious decisions • Ability to manage complex challenges and address them head-on • Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them
