📋 Description

• Implement and train customers and potential customers on Medtronic Endoscopy Solutions products and clinical applications • Demonstrate procedures and products to physicians and nurses • Handle product installations • Provide product demonstrations and clinical education through individual and group interactions • Lead post-sales implementation, product education, in-servicing, and ongoing application support • Manage regional accounts to drive utilization of reflux and manometry products • Support regional sales strategy, business plans, lead generation, pre-sale clinical evaluations, and demonstrations • Promote service contracts and plans with inside sales • Conduct and support local, regional, and national educational courses for physicians, nurses, GI fellows, and medical personnel • Troubleshoot and problem-solve product and clinical application issues • Support key decision makers and clinicians throughout the assigned region • Share best practices and insights with other Clinical Specialists • Communicate customer feedback, product performance, and competitive intelligence to Marketing and Sales • Conduct product training for existing sales staff and newly hired Account Managers • Update account installation, in-service, and training records in Salesforce.com • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Training, Marketing, PACE, Technical Support, and Customer Service • Support and train newly hired Clinical Specialist team members • Travel by automobile or aircraft to client facilities, including overnight travel • Perform other duties assigned by the Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience • Valid driver’s license • Ability to reside within the assigned territory • Ability to travel overnight to client facilities by automobile or aircraft 75% of the time • Prior adult education and training experience in a gastroenterology-related field desired • Ability to articulate highly technical information to diverse audiences • Demonstrated success working in a team setting and matrix-managed environment • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong organization and time-management skills • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues across Medtronic GI Solutions’ product suite • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
