• Lead promotion and sale of Medtronic’s coronary portfolio, including stents, balloons, guidewires, imaging, and CathWorks technologies, across the assigned territory • Provide technical and clinical leadership in the cath lab during coronary interventions and physiological assessments, including complex cases • Deliver advanced clinical education and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians • Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders, senior clinicians, and executive-level decision makers • Partner with Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and Sales Leadership to shape pricing strategies, support contract negotiations, and drive system-wide adoption • Develop and execute territory and account plans addressing clinical, economic, and competitive dynamics • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets • Travel frequently to hospitals and off-site meetings, including overnight stays • Serve as a strategic partner and clinical expert to interventional cardiologists and cath lab teams • Support adoption of advanced coronary technologies and champion best practices for Medtronic’s coronary solutions, including CathWorks FFRangio
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Experience supporting cath labs and partnering with interventional cardiologists on complex coronary procedures preferred • Ability to deliver data-driven, customer-focused solutions to physicians and healthcare leaders • Strong territory and business planning skills • Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate market shifts, and execute long-term strategies with minimal oversight • Proven ability to perform effectively in high-stakes clinical environments and provide composed procedural leadership • Must reside within the assigned Los Angeles and Orange County territory • Valid driver’s license required • Ability to drive to multiple accounts and travel up to 50%, including regular overnight travel • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • U.S. work authorization requirements apply; sponsorship is offered for Principal-level roles and above
