• Provide technical, educational, and sales support for Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) sales and customer service objectives, with emphasis on CathWorks FFRangio • Serve as the customer's first-line contact for CRDN daily operations at assigned accounts • Support regional CRDN sales strategy and collaborate with sales representatives and managers across business units • Assume primary sales responsibility when no other sales representative is assigned • Represent Medtronic during procedures and implants to provide troubleshooting and technical assistance • Receive technical inquiries, research solutions, and address product selection and technical questions • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff through one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, seminars, and symposiums • Assist with training new Clinical Specialists and sales representatives • Provide train-the-trainer resources for hospital staff • Complete documentation and customer-service calls during and after cases • Update sales representatives on cases and promptly notify them of issues requiring follow-up • Represent Medtronic to physicians and support staff regarding products, services, and support • Maintain current knowledge of CRDN, Medtronic programs, products, services, and competing products • Maintain communication with district personnel, customers, and Medtronic employees • Travel to multiple regional accounts
• High School Diploma and minimum 8 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or work utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing; OR Associate degree and minimum 6 years of work experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience • Relevant industry, healthcare, marketing, or medical education experience preferred • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and system tracking experience preferred • Project management and marketing program coordination experience preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry preferred • Customer service and problem resolution skills preferred • Ability to reside within the Eatontown, NJ area • Ability to travel extensively and up to 70% within assigned regions • Must be able to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy required; driving record will be reviewed • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for eight-plus hours per day • Ability to wear 7–9 lbs. of lead for extended periods in the O.R. • Ability to use a mobile phone, PC, keyboard, and mouse • Exposure to infectious disease and radiation • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level
