📋 Description

• Sell Medtronic’s Cardiac Surgery products remotely and retain end-user patients within assigned territories or customer accounts • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets • Build and maintain customer relationships through email, phone, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions and enhance patient care • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies • Deliver virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers • Support customers and business partners across the Central and Southwestern US • Travel approximately 25%

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience in a sales, customer support, or related role in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience in a sales, customer support, or related role in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in a sales, customer support, or related role in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Remote sales experience in healthcare or medical field preferred • Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures advantageous • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas • 2+ years of sales experience focused on building and nurturing customer relationships • Experience in account management • Proficiency using CRM systems • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation and strong organizational skills • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Compliance with credentialing requirements at supported hospitals or clinics
